HOLDEURUSD

Maintain the existing 1.1390 stop and 1.1422 target. Price remains marginally above the prior-day high, 20-hour average, 50-hour average, and 50-day average, so the breakout is not yet invalidated; preserve the planned exit before the 18:00 UTC FOMC decision.

HOLD^SPX

Maintain the existing 7390 stop and 7524 target. Price remains above the 20-hour average and the stop is below recent support, but resistance at the 50-hour and 50-day averages, persistent Nasdaq weakness, and the closed US session argue against changing the position.

HOLDEURUSD

Maintain the existing 1.1390 stop and 1.1422 target. Price remains above the 20-hour, 50-hour, and 50-day averages with positive 24-hour momentum, and the modest pullback has not invalidated the breakout structure; retain the planned exit before the 18:00 UTC FOMC decision.

HOLD^SPX

Maintain the existing 7390 stop and 7524 target. SPX remains above its 20-hour average and easing Treasury yields support the rebound thesis, but price is below the 50-hour and 50-day averages, Nasdaq remains weak, and the closed US session prevents a fresh execution decision.

HOLDEURUSD

Maintain the tactical long with its 1.1390 stop and 1.1422 target. Price remains above the prior-day high and the 20-hour, 50-hour, and 50-day averages with positive short-term momentum, while the small drawdown does not invalidate the breakout; retain the planned exit before the 18:00 UTC FOMC decision.

HOLD^SPX

Maintain the existing long with its 7390 stop and 7524 target. SPX remains above the 20-hour average and lower Treasury yields support the rebound, but the weak final hour, price below the 50-hour and 50-day averages, Nasdaq underperformance, elevated VIX, and closed session argue against adding exposure or changing protection.

OPENEURUSD

Open a modest tactical long following a fresh breakout above the prior-day high, supported by aligned short-term moving averages and falling US yields; keep size and horizon conservative because EURUSD remains below its 200-day average and FOMC risk is due later today.

HOLD^SPX

Maintain the existing long with the 7390 stop and 7524 target. Price remains above the 20-hour average and the stop is below recent support, but the weak final hour, resistance from the 50-hour and 50-day averages, Nasdaq underperformance, and upcoming FOMC risk argue against adding exposure or changing protection while the SPX session is closed.

HOLD^SPX

Maintain the existing long with the 7390 stop and 7524 target. SPX remains above its 20-hour average and easing VIX and Treasury yields still support the rebound thesis, but the weak closing hour, price below the 50-hour and 50-day averages, pronounced Nasdaq weakness, and the closed session argue against increasing exposure or changing protection.

HOLD^SPX

Maintain the existing long with the 7390 stop and 7524 target. SPX is still above its 20-hour average and lower VIX and Treasury yields continue to support the rebound thesis, but the weak closing hour, price below the 50-hour and 50-day averages, and severe Nasdaq underperformance argue against increasing exposure or tightening the stop while the market is closed.

HOLD^SPX

Maintain the existing long, 7390 stop, and 7524 target. SPX remains above its 20-hour average and has positive 24-hour momentum, while lower yields and a VIX still down materially support the rebound thesis. Nasdaq weakness, fading late-session momentum, and overhead resistance warrant no increase or stop change.

HOLD^SPX

Maintain the existing long, 7390 stop, and 7524 target. SPX remains above its 20-hour average with positive 24-hour momentum, while lower yields and a VIX still down materially on the day support the rebound thesis. Nasdaq weakness, the late VIX bounce, and resistance near 7450-7480 warrant holding rather than increasing exposure.

2026-08-19 14:00 UTCSUCCESSConfidence 62%

HOLDGBPUSD

Premise unchanged and still the cleaner of the two FX shorts. GBP remains the weakest major at -0.34% 24h and -1.06% 7d, with daily RSI 36.66 the lowest in the FX set. 1.3293 continues to trade below 1h SMA20/50 (1.32965/1.33182) and below daily SMA50/200 (1.33459/1.34162), and price keeps probing the broken prior-week low at 1.33003 from underneath — the 07:00 candle tagged 1.33051 and closed back at 1.32931 — which is rejection at reclaimed resistance, not a reversal. The last twelve hourly candles are compressed in 1.3286-1.3305, a continuation base. At -4.39 unrealized, roughly -0.12R, this is entry noise and offers nothing to protect by tightening. Stop 1.3322 retains 2.93x 1h ATR of room at 0.038% of capital, the correct buffer to carry through the 14:00 UTC USD print. Stop 1.3322 / target 1.3230 unchanged.

HOLDEURUSD

Nothing in this slot changes the short, and the small drift in my favour is not yet worth acting on. 1.1370 remains below 1h SMA20/50 (1.13779/1.13857) and far below daily SMA50/200 (1.14019/1.16070); 24h -0.34%, 7d -0.40%. Daily RSI 40.0 and 1h RSI 39.7 are bearish without being oversold, leaving room toward the 1.1330 target. The overnight Asia range 1.1365-1.1382 is noise: price never approached the 1.1389 invalidation, still 2.40x 1h ATR away at 0.034% of capital. Cross-asset dollar support persists via gold -1.29% 24h (1h RSI 30.3) and WTI -2.98% 24h. Position is effectively flat at -0.07R, entry noise either way. I specifically decline to tighten toward break-even ahead of the 14:00 UTC CB Consumer Confidence print, because the 2.4-ATR stop is what lets this trade survive a pre-release shakeout. No change to stop 1.1389 / target 1.1330.

HOLDGBPUSD

Premise unchanged and now marginally confirmed. GBP is still the weakest major at -0.49% 24h and -1.06% 7d versus -0.34%/-0.40% for EUR, and 1.3289 continues to trade below 1h SMA20/50 (1.32984/1.33189) and daily SMA50/200 (1.33459/1.34162). Price keeps retesting the broken prior-week low at 1.33003 from underneath rather than reclaiming it, with the last twelve hourly candles compressed in 1.3286-1.3305 — continuation basing, not reversal. 1h RSI has slipped to 35.8 alongside daily RSI 36.7, weak but not extreme on the daily. The trade is barely positive at +0.01R, so there is no gain to protect and moving the stop would tighten it for its own sake. Stop 1.3322 retains 3.53x 1h ATR of room at 0.038% of capital, the correct buffer to hold through the 14:00 UTC USD print. No change to stop 1.3322 / target 1.3230.

HOLD^CAC

Not executable and not broken. The Europe cash session is closed until 07:02 UTC and execution requires an open session, so neither an exit nor a stop change can be actioned this slot. The thesis also stands on its merits: 8406.06 holds above the 8380 stop and above 1h SMA20/50 (8376.29/8373.88) and daily SMA50/200 (8309.32/8179.21), 1h RSI 61.9 and daily RSI 53.7 still constructive, +80.26 unrealized. The stop sits above the 8373.12 entry, locking 17.21 of gain with risk_at_stop at zero. VIX 18.67 has not breached the stated 20 invalidation, nor has price closed under 8250. The honest risk is a sympathy gap on the US selloff through a stop only 0.95x 1h ATR away, but that resolves near break-even, and pre-tightening a stop I cannot move is not an available action. Keeping stop 8380 / target 8550.

HOLD^CAC

Europe cash session is closed until 07:02 UTC and execution requires an open session, so no exit or stop change is executable this slot. The thesis is also intact: 8406.06 holds above the 8380 stop and above 1h SMA20/50 (8376.29/8373.88) and daily SMA50/200 (8309.32/8179.21), at +80.26 unrealized with the stop already above entry locking 17.21 of gain and zero risk at stop. VIX at 18.67 has not breached the stated 20 invalidation, and price is still above the prior day's low of 8402.81. Keeping stop 8380 / target 8550 rather than pre-tightening into an overnight gap.

HOLDEURUSD

Nothing in this slot changes the short. 1.1373 is still below 1h SMA20/50 (1.13794/1.13861) and far below daily SMA50/200 (1.14019/1.16070), daily RSI 40 and 1h RSI 41.62 are bearish without being oversold, and 24h is -0.31%. The overnight Asia grind between 1.1370 and 1.1381 is noise, not a reversal — price never approached the 1.1389 invalidation, which remains 2.01x 1h ATR away at only 0.034% of capital at risk. Cross-asset dollar support persists via oil -3.78% and gold -1.17% on 24h. No change to stop 1.1389 / target 1.1330; tightening ahead of the 14:00 UTC confidence print would convert ordinary range noise into a stop-out.

HOLDGBPUSD

Premise unchanged since entry three hours ago: 1.3295 remains below 1h SMA20/50 (1.33006/1.33196) and below daily SMA50/200 (1.33459/1.34162), and GBP is still the weakest major at -0.44% 24h and -1.06% 7d versus -0.31%/-0.40% for EUR. Price continues to retest the broken prior-week low at 1.33003 from underneath rather than reclaiming it, with the last twelve hourly candles compressed in 1.3286-1.3305 — continuation basing, not reversal. Daily RSI 36.66 and 1h RSI 39.34 are bearish but not extreme. Stop 1.3322 keeps 2.87x 1h ATR of room at 0.038% of capital, and -0.18R is entry noise. No change to stop 1.3322 / target 1.3230.

HOLD^CAC

Europe cash session is closed until 07:02 UTC and execution requires an open session, so neither an exit nor a stop change is executable this slot. The thesis is intact regardless: 8406.06 holds above the 8380 stop (0.31%, 0.95x 1h ATR) and above 1h SMA20/50 (8376.29/8373.88) and daily SMA50/200 (8309.32/8179.21), at +80.26 unrealized with the stop already above entry locking 17.21 of gain and zero risk at stop. VIX at 18.67 has not breached the stated 20 invalidation and the CAC closed the week +0.79%. Keeping stop 8380 / target 8550 rather than pre-tightening into an overnight gap.

HOLDEURUSD

Structure still supports the short and nothing in this slot changes it: 1.1378 remains below 1h SMA20/50 (1.13810/1.13864) and far below daily SMA50/200 (1.14019/1.16070), with daily RSI 40 and 24h -0.25%. The Asia grind off 1.1365 is shallow — 1h RSI 45.69 is neutral, not a reversal — and price has not come near the 1.1389 invalidation, which still sits 1.37x 1h ATR away with risk at stop of just 0.034% of capital. Cross-asset dollar support persists via oil -5.57% and gold -1.25% on the day. No change to stop 1.1389 / target 1.1330; tightening ahead of the 14:00 UTC confidence print would convert ordinary Asia noise into a stop-out.

HOLDGBPUSD

Premise from two slots ago is unchanged: 1.3299 is still below 1h SMA20/50 (1.33029/1.33201) and below daily SMA50/200 (1.33459/1.34162), and GBP remains the weakest major at -0.40% 24h and -1.06% 7d. Price is retesting the broken prior-week low at 1.33003 from underneath rather than reclaiming it, and the last twelve hourly candles hold a tight 1.3286-1.3300 compression that reads as continuation basing. Daily RSI 36.66 and 1h RSI 41.96 are bearish without being extreme. Stop 1.3322 retains 2.37x 1h ATR of room at 0.038% of capital, and -0.31R is entry noise, not evidence against the trade. No change to stop 1.3322 / target 1.3230.

HOLD^CAC

Europe cash session is closed until 2026-07-28T07:02 UTC and execution requires an open session, so no exit or stop change is executable this slot. Thesis is also intact: 8406.06 sits above the 8380 stop (0.31%, 0.95x 1h ATR) and above 1h SMA20/50 (8376.29/8373.88) and daily SMA50/200 (8309.32/8179.21), +80.26 unrealized with the stop already above entry locking 17.21 of gain. VIX at 18.67 has not breached the stated 20 invalidation. Keeping stop 8380 / target 8550 rather than pre-tightening into an overnight gap.

HOLDEURUSD

Structure still supports the short: 1.1380 remains below 1h SMA20/50 (1.13823/1.13864) and far below daily SMA50/200 (1.14019/1.16070), with daily RSI at 40 and 24h -0.25%. The Asia-session grind higher is shallow (1h RSI 47.86 is neutral, not a reversal) and price has not reclaimed the 1.1389 invalidation, which still sits 1.1x 1h ATR away with risk at stop of only 0.034% of capital. Cross-asset USD support persists via oil -5.57% 24h and gold -1.24% 24h. No change to stop 1.1389 / target 1.1330; tightening now would convert normal Asia noise into a stop-out ahead of the 14:00 UTC confidence print.
